I Am Back At It!

OKAY!! Finally wrapped up all of my editing from the 2022 Season!! -- I did call in a few PTO days from the boss since then -- sheeesh is Amanda a tough boss! BUT I am Back at it for the 2023 Season and what a way to kick start this year with an Engagement Session for TJ and Rachel!! This couple is EXTREMELY genuine and most importantly fun to be around!! I have known TJ's brother for awhile now -- I even did a Family Session for the WHOLE McAneny Crew -- and let me tell you there are a bunch of them AND they are all the most kind-hearted people I have ever met!!

The fun thing about TJ and I is that we got to know each other through JuJitsu -- yes another hobby of mine! I guess I have quite a few hobbies!! -- But when he messaged me about their Wedding I was ecstatic!! The Engagement Session was an absolute blast and I know that their Wedding Day is going to be filled with love!!

Should I have 1 or 2 Photographers for my Wedding Day?

I get this question a lot from my Brides and Grooms about whether or not they should get one or two photographers! As I am editing this session -- I thought that this series of images below was a great example as to why I would encourage having 2 Photographers! The nice thing about having two photographers is that you can get more pictures from different angles and perspectives! -- And Who doesn't love more pictures between you and your loved one?

This series of two pictures below -- I think -- shows exactly what I try and explain to my Brides and Grooms on how this happens. For the picture on the Left, this is a photo that I was taking of TJ and Rachel from below! --AND AT THE SAME TIME -- Amanda was off creeping around -- like she always does! haha -- and got this picture of these Two Love Birds on the Right! Two completely different images, angles, emotions -- but taken at the same time!

The nice thing about having Amanda and I as your 2 photographers -- is that we have been married for almost 10 years now and we work well together! We don't even have to communicate sometimes and we know what the other is thinking!! In Real Life and in Photography this is helpful, because we know where we need to position ourselves to capture amazing photos like this! -- As much I would like to be in 2 different places at one time I haven't learned how to teleport myself quite yet, which is why it is great to have 2 people!! This is important on Wedding Days, because they can be jammed packed and busy so the more efficient Amanda and I can be -- the better and more images for you!

Whether you're considering One or Two Photographers for your Special Day -- the most important part of any day is the love between two people, so you cannot make any mistakes on your Wedding Day as long as there's love!! -- Perfect example -- check out these two love birds!! These pictures from their Engagement Session are turning out AMAZING! I cannot wait to help Rachel and TJ capture lifelong memories on their Special Day in August!! Congratulations again to this amazing Soon-To-Be Mr. & Mrs.!

We hope that your lives together are filled with Love, Laughter, and Happily Ever After
